I know by now, most of you are passed it, but I got such an amazing response from “our story” {if you have yet to read, click here} that I found it was only appropriate to follow suit with our wedding day! 

The day was so special to us, especially because of all the difficult events leading up to it. Everything from top to bottom was absolutely perfect in my eyes. I had an overflowing amount of loved ones that bent over backward to make everything so dreamy; I feel so incredibly blessed.

It’s now been almost 9 months since that day; they weren’t lying when they said, “the first year comes and goes in the blink of an eye.” There has been unforgettable high’s as well as some tough lows. But, every time I look back on the day, I am reminded of the sacred and everlasting covenants made to both my sweet husband and our Father in Heaven, and why we keep on going, day-after-day.  

I am nowhere near seasoned on the topic of marriage, but one thing I have come to know is that it by no means is easy. I’m grateful to my husband for his constant patience with me as we take on the largest adventure life has to offer. Every day since then has been an important stepping stone toward our eternal goal. Two steps forward, one step back. It’s a challenge, but it is so rewarding and worth it.

Now onto the goods! Flowers, dress, bling, pictures, video! Eat your heart out! I know I do every now and again to reminisce on each precious moment.
